•Using Instruction:
1. The cutting of the tubular products: After the length is certain, it can be sawn by hand or machine. The two ends should keep neat after cutting. Use the butterfly file to get rid of the raw edges and then chamfer, and the chamfer angle cannot be too large.
2. The cementation of the tubular products & pipefittings: Before cementation, the test assembly is necessary. Wash about 50mm on the surface of the inserting tube and the inside of the socket pipe, then use cotton yarn with acetone to scrub them, and brush equably adhesive on the cementation surface, please don't have leak painting. After these steps, insert the tubular product into the socket pipe to make it fully insert the socket, and then wipe off the adhesive on the joint in time to insure the pipe clean.
3. An expansion bend must be fixed on each layer of the superposed shotgun to compensate the expansion and contraction of the flow passage.
4. When installing T tube, please notice the downstream direction so as to form normal grade when installing transverse tubule.
5. If the layer height of the superposed shotgun is within 3m, a pipe hoop is necessary. And a lift sub should be fixed when the specific length is 0.6m or 1m on the transverse tubule.
